My Squirrel Houses are a decorative and functional outdoor accessory which will provide comfort,safety and shelter for your squirrel friends.
Salvaged tree trunks,new pine boards,miniature railings,moldings
and other materials are assembled with construction adhesive,screws and nails.
No two are exactly alike.
The wood on each squirrel house is first sealed,then stained and finished
with exterior grade polyeurothane to provide years of use for sleeping,
protection from the elements and raising baby squirrels.
Every squirrel house is built with interior and exterior gripping points
for climbing,and areas for sitting and relaxing.
Squirrel houses should be mounted at least ten feet from the ground,
out of direct sunlight,and in an area not frequented by predators
such as raccoons or cats.

Carefully select the location you want to mount the squirrel house
as they don't appreciate it being moved after they move in.
A good location is within view from a window in your home-
so the squirrels can keep an eye on you and on
occasion,show you how they appreciate you thought of them.
